The Service Visit

We will arrive on-site and perform the following:

Visual inspection of Frame
Inspection of brakes and drivertrain
Inspection of tires braking system
Initial diagnosis of any customer concerns. 
Test Ride (if applicable)

(The $45 Service Visit will be credited towards any services, parts, or accessories that are purchased)

Bicycle Assembly

Assemble a customer supplied geared bicycle!

Check frame and fork dropouts for alignment.
Install pedals.
Grease Headset. Install stem and bars. Torque to spec.
Flat MTB-type bars: install grips and bar ends, if any.
Check true of both wheels. Correct as necessary.
Adjust hub bearings, if adjustable type.
Check cassette lockring
Install front and rear wheels
Adjust front and rear brakes. 
Install and size chain.
Index and adjust front and rear derailleurs
Install saddle and seatpost. Ajust height and angle to fit rider.
Install reflectors and or lights

Test Ride

Perform initial bike fitment to customer, and give full walkthrough of all functions. 

(added assembly, dropper posts, handlebar wrap, and other accessories are an extra cost)

Complimentary pickup and drop-off

Disassembly of bicycle to bare frame

Cosmetic detail of frame and surfaces

True front and rear wheels, overhaul hubs

Replacement of all cables and housings

Derailleur hanger adjustment(replace if necessary)

Overhaul/adjust headset, bottom bracket, and suspension pivot points(replace parts if necessary)

Adjust shift points and index front and rear derailleurs

Re-assembly with proper tools and torque to spec. 

Check saddle height and stem alignment

Perform bike fitment to customer, including setting suspension sag if needed.

Clean/polish all frame surfaces

Adjustment of front and rear brakes(includes truing rotors)

Check and adjust all bearing assemblies(hubs, bottom bracket, headset, and pedals)

Clean/Lubricate drivetrain

Remove and true both wheels, check cassette lockring

Inflate Tires

Index and adjust Front and Rear Derailleurs

Nut/Bolt check of entire bicycle for proper torque spec

Check saddle and stem alignment

Inspect suspension for any damage/wear. Set sag. 

Test Ride
